1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 98db governing your use of the platform. By completing account registration, you expressly confirm that:

1. You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
5. You are not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the 98db platform. 98db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in accordance with Section 15 of this document.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The 98db platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under 21 is a material breach of these Terms. 98db will take all reasonable steps to verify player age at registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds may be refunded at 98db's sole discretion after investigation.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active 98db account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 98db reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings accrued through the use of multiple accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms. 98db may request supporting documentation to verify identity at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). In order to process withdrawals and comply with our internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations, 98db applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawal requests are approved. KYC verification is a standard requirement and does not constitute a negative finding against the player.

3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. 98db targets players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. 98db accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98db login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to 98db support.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98db immediately at [email protected]. 98db will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending review. 98db is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Verification. 98db applies OTP (one-time password) verification when your account is accessed from an unrecognised device. This is a security feature that cannot be disabled. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number or email address registered to your account remains current and accessible.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 98db account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and processed without delay.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 98db accepts deposits via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 98db does not apply a deposit fee on any of these channels, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 98db, though payment provider limits may apply. 98db reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time and will provide reasonable notice of any such changes via the platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 98db account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. 98db is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking partners.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts, credit cards taken out in the name of a third party, or funds obtained through any unlawful activity to fund a 98db account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 98db balance is available once your account has passed KYC verification. Real-money winnings derived from real-money bets or real-money casino play — with no active wagering requirement attached — are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the process described in this section.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, though 98db reserves the right to process large withdrawals in stages and to request additional identity documentation for high-value withdrawal requests.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC status and the absence of any security flags on the account. During peak periods such as BPL or T20 World Cup match windows, processing may take slightly longer. 98db will notify you by email if a withdrawal requires additional review.

6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practically possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their original source.

6.5 Refused Withdrawals. 98db reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Prohibited Conduct; (c) an ongoing investigation relates to the account; or (d) active wagering requirements have not been completed. In all such cases, 98db will communicate the reason for the delay to the player at [email protected].

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 98db are subject to specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matter in question.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 98db bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering on certain game types (for example, live dealer baccarat or sports bet accumulator specials) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all; this will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. On expiry, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. No extension of bonus validity will be granted except in exceptional circumstances at 98db's sole discretion.

7.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other active bonuses, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active and incomplete may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

7.5 Abuse of Bonuses. 98db monitors bonus uptake for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent (sometimes referred to as "bonus whoring"), use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinated play between multiple players to exploit a promotion. Any detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the 98db platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or event market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. Bets are final once confirmed, except where 98db determines that a bet was accepted in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and vary by market, event, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be changed by 98db at any time without prior notice, including for specific sporting events.

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by 98db in any of the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a defined period; the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a system or human error; or the bet is determined to have been placed in connection with Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other events. In-play odds are updated continuously and are subject to suspension at any time without notice, for example during critical match moments (boundary reviews, wicket confirmation). Bets placed before a suspension event but not yet confirmed in the system may be voided at 98db's discretion.

8.5 Results and Settlement. Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket). 98db will settle bets within a reasonable period following the conclusion of an event. In the event of a disputed result, settlement will be delayed until the official result is confirmed.

9 Casino & Slots Rules

9.1 Game Fairness. All casino and slots games available on the 98db platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These providers use certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are subject to independent auditing. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not altered by 98db.

9.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error during a casino or slots session, 98db reserves the right to void the affected game round. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98db platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and recovery of any winnings obtained through such conduct:

• Opening or operating more than one 98db account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any other system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using a third party's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Placing bets with the knowledge of non-public information that materially affects the outcome of an event (insider information).
• Conducting any form of money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk wagering solely to satisfy bonus wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 98db staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform using anonymising tools (VPN, proxy services, Tor) for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level controls.

98db actively monitors for all forms of Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is suspected, 98db may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. 98db cooperates with relevant financial institutions and law enforcement agencies where required.

11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on the 98db platform without the prior written consent of 98db. Any unauthorised use of 98db intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability. 98db endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 98db's reasonable control. 98db accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

13.2 Gambling Losses. 98db is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or casino play on the platform. By using 98db, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make when placing bets or playing games.

13.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party suppliers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) are subject to those providers' own terms and technical limitations. 98db accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions originating with third-party game providers beyond the remedies described in Section 9.2.

13.4 Force Majeure. 98db shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks, or failure of third-party telecommunications infrastructure.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by 98db is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 98db. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 98db uses TLS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

98db does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or by these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

98db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
